Stonemark — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Stonemark mobile application ("the app"), published by Thanthwe Technologies (a trading name of Stanley Holdings Ltd, "we", "us"), handles your information.

The short version

Stonemark stores all of your data locally on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your data. The app works fully offline.

Information the app handles

You enter project information into the app — such as project details, daily site logs, tasks, materials, expenses, and photos. This information is stored only on your device using the device's local storage. It is not sent to us or to any third party.

Camera & photos: If you choose to attach a photo to a site log, the app uses your camera or photo library. Photos you add are copied into the app's private storage on your device. The app does not upload these photos anywhere.
Files: When you export a PDF, CSV, or backup file, or restore from a backup, the app uses your device's sharing and file features. Where those files go (e.g. email, Google Drive, WhatsApp) is entirely your choice and is governed by those services' own policies.

Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect personal information.
There are no user accounts and no login.
The app contains no analytics or advertising trackers.
No data is transmitted to our servers — we don't operate any for this app.

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions, used only for the features you trigger:

Camera — to take photos for your site logs.
Photos / media — to attach existing images to your site logs.

Data retention & deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you are in control of it. You can delete individual entries, clear all data from within the app's Settings, or uninstall the app to remove all of its data from your device.

Children's privacy

Stonemark is a professional tool and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
